Return Process

  Contact our boutique concierge via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Place the item in its original Armans signature packaging along with the diamond certificate, valuation papers, and all original documentation.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring the parcel is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
